Delete your Little Reset account

Without the app

Email artur.dev07@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Little Reset account”, preferably from your account email. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send passwords, tokens, payment details or identity documents in the initial email.

Trembling Asparagus verifies account control through an account-email confirmation or another proportionate method if you cannot access that inbox. We explain any additional verification required, acknowledge promptly and aim to complete requests within 30 days; applicable shorter deadlines prevail. We explain lawful extensions and confirm fulfillment.

In the app

Open Settings → Delete account or cleaning data. Export a backup first if wanted. Choose Continue account deletion, reauthenticate with the same account online and type DELETE exactly. The app keeps a saved request for retries after a lost response or restart, locks cleaning actions and clears local account data only when the server workflow is confirmed.

What is removed

Deletion removes Supabase sign-in identity/profile, rooms, chores, notes, routines, completion/session history, app entitlement cache and associated synchronization data. It requests RevenueCat customer deletion, which is processed asynchronously. A minimal opaque status record remains for retry with a 30-day cleanup cutoff after completion. Required payment/security/legal records and provider backup/log expiry follow their disclosed policies; this is not a promise to erase Google’s financial records.

Keep the account, erase cleaning data

Choose Erase cleaning data instead, reauthenticate online and type ERASE. Cleaning records, conflicts and pending work are removed; account, home time zone and subscription remain. Empty onboarding starts again. Older offline data cannot automatically upload into the new generation.

Google Play billing and local copies

Account deletion does not cancel Google Play billing. Manage your subscription separately in Google Play. Cancellation is not a prerequisite to deletion. Existing offline copies clear on confirmed contact; you can clear Android app storage or uninstall. User-exported/shared files are under your control and are not remotely deleted.
