Free and Premium
Free includes synchronization, two rooms, twelve active chores, 5/10/20-minute sessions, reminders and fourteen home dates of detailed history. Premium adds more rooms and chores within safety caps, custom 2–60-minute sessions, saved routines and full history. Expiry keeps existing records usable and exportable.
Trials, renewal and cancellation
Google Play shows localized prices and eligible seven-day trial offers before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Manage cancellation, refunds and payment methods through Google Play subscriptions. Deleting an account does not cancel billing.
Offline use, sync and changing phones
After sign-in and bootstrap, cleaning actions work offline. Reopen online to sync; resolve differences in Sync and changes. Sign in to the same Little Reset account on a new phone. Restore purchases from Subscription status. A purchase linked to another account does not transfer automatically.
Reminders
Allow notifications in Android settings. Reminders follow device-local time and start off on another phone. Open the app each day to renew its next occurrence. Battery saving, Do Not Disturb and force-stop may prevent or delay alerts. Reopen after reboot or update to check them. Session alerts never mark chores complete.
Backup and deletion
Use Settings → Backup and restore to export readable JSON or preview a merge. Keep the file safe. Delete your account or cleaning data in the app or request deletion by email without reinstalling.
Safe support details
In Help and support, preview a diagnostic with app version/build, Android version/model, environment, last-sync error code/time and a random case ID. Sharing it is optional. Do not send passwords, tokens or payment details. Names, notes, history, receipts and backups are not attached automatically.
