Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

These terms apply to Little Reset, operated by Trembling Asparagus, an independent developer based in Ukraine. Contact artur.dev07@gmail.com for support. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

The app's distribution, Google account and Google Play purchases may also be governed by Google's applicable terms. Nothing here removes mandatory rights you have under consumer or data-protection law.

2. Who may use Little Reset

Little Reset is a general-audience cleaning planner. Its cleaning content does not impose a minimum participation age. Account registration and purchases must be managed by someone legally able to enter this agreement and meet the sign-in provider's requirements. Children may use the planner under a parent or guardian's supervision through an account managed by that adult; we do not offer independent child registration.

The adult is responsible for account security, any purchase authorization, and the information entered. Keep sign-in credentials private and use only an account you are authorized to manage. Availability is subject to Google Play, payment, legal and technical eligibility in each country; intended broad availability is not a promise that every country is supported.

3. Service and your content

Little Reset helps you organize rooms and chores, plan cleaning sessions, use reminders, and view progress/history. Free and Premium features are described in the app; features can vary by version. Only features actually offered in your installed version are included. Development or test versions may contain unfinished features and should not be relied on as a finished public release.

You retain rights to the content you enter. You authorize the storage, copying and processing necessary to display, synchronize and recover that content and provide the service. This permission does not allow us to sell your content. Do not enter unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, misuse another person's personal information, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or attempt fraudulent purchases.

4. Optional Premium subscriptions

When available, Premium is offered through Google Play as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Before you confirm, the app and Google Play show the actual localized price/currency, billing period, included benefits, applicable taxes and any trial terms. An annual subscription is charged for the full annual period, not as monthly installments. The terms shown for the specific store offer govern your purchase.

A subscription is not required for Free features. Premium access is tied to the verified subscription and Little Reset account. Subscription expiry does not intentionally delete your cleaning data; Free limits may restrict new additions or Premium features while existing records remain available under the app's tier rules.

5. Trials and automatic renewal

An eligible offer may include a seven-day free trial. Google Play determines eligibility; a trial is not promised to every user. The purchase screen shows whether your selected offer includes a trial and the recurring price that follows it. If no eligible trial is shown, normal paid billing applies.

Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial converts to the selected paid subscription and Google Play charges the displayed recurring amount. Paid subscriptions then renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Follow the dates and cancellation information shown by Google Play. Price changes and any required consent or notices are handled under Google Play's rules and applicable law.

6. Cancellation, refunds and account deletion

You can manage or cancel renewal at Google Play subscriptions, or in the Play Store under your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Little Reset. Use the Google account that purchased it. The app's Subscription screen also provides a Manage link when available.

Cancel before a trial ends if you do not want it to become paid. Canceling a paid subscription normally stops future renewals and leaves access until the end of the paid period, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds and revocations may change that access. Refund requests are handled through Google Play's refund process, subject to its policy and your mandatory consumer rights; contact us if you need help.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your Little Reset account does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion can be requested independently using the deletion instructions. We do not require Premium or subscription cancellation before accepting the request.

7. Restore and purchase ownership

To restore, sign in to the Little Reset account associated with the original purchase and use the purchasing Google Play account. Use the app's Restore purchases control when available. Purchases remain with their original Little Reset account and do not automatically transfer to another account. Contact support about account access or an unexpected ownership message.

A pending or declined payment does not itself grant Premium. Store or verification outages can delay purchase/restore confirmation. We rely on provider-verified subscription status and do not promise indefinite offline Premium access after the verified expiry.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a useful service, but uninterrupted availability, perfect synchronization or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Internet access is needed for sign-in, synchronization, purchases and online account requests. Android settings, permission choices and power management can affect reminders. A reminder or timer does not prove a chore was completed.

Little Reset is a planning tool, not professional advice or a safety-monitoring service. Choose cleaning tasks suitable for your circumstances and follow product/equipment safety instructions. Keep copies of information important to you using available controls or a data-copy request.

9. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees that it will meet every particular need. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use, user-entered content, third-party service outages, or failure to follow safety instructions, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. In particular, these terms do not waive rights arising from fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or other liability protected by mandatory law.

10. Changes, suspension and ending use

We may update the app and these terms to reflect service changes, security requirements or law. The date above identifies this version; material changes will be notified as required. Changes to paid subscription terms follow Google Play's notice/consent rules and applicable consumer law. We do not treat an updated webpage alone as permission for a new charge.

We may restrict use needed to address unlawful activity, abuse or a security risk, subject to applicable law and relevant notice. You may stop using the app, cancel renewal separately, and request account deletion. Ending access does not remove valid statutory refund or other consumer rights.

11. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence provides rights or protections that apply to you. This clause does not remove your right to seek a remedy through a competent court or regulator under mandatory law.
